Dutch authorities make apprehension in burglaries of Van Gogh, Hals functions

THE HAGUE, Netherlands (AP) — Dutch authorities jailed a suspicious Tuesday in the burglary in 2014 of 2 important paints by Vincent van Gogh as well as Frans Hals from various galleries, a spokesperson claimed. The paints, nonetheless, continue to be absent.

In a declaration published on Twitter, authorities spokesperson Maren Marvel claimed a 58-year-old male was jailed at his house in the Dutch community of Baarn, 40 kilometers (25 miles) southeast of Amsterdam.
